Pearl Sorting & Matching

We sort pearls by size, shape, luster, surface appearance and color. Matching is considered for the design and the order batch.

Drilling, Stringing & Knotting

Dedicated drilling and stringing workstations support pearl preparation, strand construction and knotting. Checks cover drilling accuracy and knot security.

Assembly & Packing

Our assembly team brings the design together before final inspection. Finished pieces are prepared in the agreed boxes, pouches or branded packaging.

How Work Moves Through the Factory

The main production stages follow the pearl from arrival to shipment preparation.

  1. Receive and inspect
    Incoming pearls are checked for size, shape, luster, surface appearance and color.
  2. Sort and prepare
    The team selects and matches pearls for the agreed product design.
  3. Drill, string and assemble
    Production follows the agreed design, with checks during the relevant operations.
  4. Inspect finished pieces
    Final checks cover appearance, pearl quality, dimensions, quantity and packaging.
  5. Pack and prepare shipment
    The packing team checks the order quantity and agreed presentation before shipment preparation.

Three Stages of Quality Control

Our checks cover incoming pearls, work in progress and finished products, with inspection records kept through the process.

  • Incoming checks
    We inspect pearl dimensions, shape, luster, surface appearance and color matching.
  • In-process checks
    We check drilling accuracy, stringing quality, knot security, assembly and conformity with the design.
  • Final checks and records
    Finished appearance, pearl quality, dimensions, packing and quantity are checked and recorded.
