1. Website Use

This website is operated by Zhuji LuxoPearl Jewelry Co., Ltd. for business buyers who want pearl jewelry produced under their own brand. By browsing the site or sending us an inquiry you accept these terms.

You may use the site to research our capabilities and to contact us about a project. You may not copy our page text, product photography, or design work to resell it, republish it, or present it as another supplier's capability.

2. Product Information

Freshwater pearls vary in luster, surface, shape and color. Photographs and samples show the design direction; the approved sample and written specification define the agreed pearl appearance, dimensions and matching requirements for your order.

3. Quotations

A quotation is prepared from the product type, pearl size, shape and color, estimated quantity, design reference and packaging requirements. Changes to these details may require an updated quotation.

Each quotation states its validity period and the specifications it covers. Pricing may change when pearl availability, quantity, design or packaging requirements change.

4. Samples

All samples are charged. Sample production takes 5–9 days; confirm the sample start date with our team before development begins. Shipping time is separate.

Sample fees, included revisions, any credit toward a bulk order, and sample shipping charges must be agreed in the quotation. Review and approve the sample and final specifications before bulk production.

5. Orders and Payments

An order becomes binding when you confirm the approved sample, specifications, quantity and price in writing and we issue an order confirmation. The production schedule is set out in that confirmation.

Payment amounts, timing, accepted methods, bank charges and applicable taxes are set out in the order confirmation. Production starts once the payment and approval conditions agreed for the order are met.

6. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the logos, artwork, and design files you send us, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. We use them only to quote, sample, produce, and pack your order.

We keep ownership of our own production methods, technical drawings, and the designs we already offer. We will not show your branded pieces, your packaging, or your company name as a reference without your written approval.

7. Production Tolerances

Agreed tolerances apply to pearl dimensions, color matching, shape, finished length and other confirmed design details. The approved sample and written specification set the acceptance criteria for the production order.

8. Shipping

Shipping method, incoterm, and destination are agreed for each order. We can release the goods to your forwarder or book freight on your behalf, and we prepare the export documents the shipment needs.

Quoted lead times cover production and packing only. Once the goods are handed to the carrier or to your forwarder, transit time, customs clearance, duties, and import charges are outside our control.

9. Inspection and Claims

Every order passes incoming, in-process, and final inspection before packing. You are welcome to arrange your own inspection or a third-party inspection at our factory before the goods ship.

Report a product or delivery issue within the period agreed in the order confirmation, with photographs, the affected quantity and shipment details. We review the issue against the approved specification, shipping terms and the circumstances involved.

10. Limitation of Liability

Where a claim is accepted, our responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting the affected goods, up to the value of the goods concerned. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, lost profit, or costs caused by a delayed launch.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may link to carriers, standards bodies, or other outside pages. Those pages are run by other organizations, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes are first addressed by negotiation between the two companies. If negotiation does not settle the matter, it is submitted to the competent court at our place of business in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province, unless the order confirmation names a different court or arbitration body.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms when our services, our production arrangements, or our legal obligations change. The revised version is posted on this page with a new effective date and applies to orders confirmed after that date.
