Share the style or idea you have in mind. These examples are a starting point for developing your own design.

Choose an Earring Shape

Start with how the earrings will be worn and the silhouette you want to create.

  • Stud Earrings
A compact pearl-focused design suits collections that need a simple everyday style.
  • Drop Earrings
A suspended pearl creates a longer outline; confirm the drop length and pearl position in your design.
  • Hoop Earrings
Pearls can become part of a hoop-based design, with the size and arrangement agreed during sampling.
  • Threaders and Clip-Ons
These formats offer different ways to wear the design; specify the intended style when sharing your reference.

Find the Right Pearl Proportions

Pearl size changes the balance between a compact earring and a more prominent design.

  • 5–12 mm Pearls
Choose a size within the available range and compare it with the full earring dimensions.
  • Compact Proportions
Smaller pearls can keep studs or shorter designs visually restrained.
  • Statement Proportions
Larger pearls create a more visible focal point; check the complete size and feel on a sample.
  • Finished Earring Dimensions
Confirm the complete length and width as well as the pearl size so the finished design is clear.

Match Shape and Color Across a Pair

Agree on the look of a pair while allowing for the natural character of pearls.

  • Round and Near-Round
These shapes support a regular paired appearance for studs and other balanced designs.
  • Drop Shapes
Drop pearls emphasize a longer outline; check their orientation within the earring.
  • Baroque Shapes
Irregular pearls give each pair character; approve a matching approach without expecting identical outlines.
  • Color Selection
White, pink, purple and other confirmed options can be matched within pairs or arranged to your design.

Prepare Your Earring Brand Details

Connect the earring design with the labels and presentation used by your brand.

  • Display Cards
Agree on card dimensions and earring positions for a clear, coordinated presentation.
  • Brand Labels
Use approved brand and product information so each design can be identified in your order.
  • Packaging Logo
Provide artwork for the logo used on the selected earring packaging.
  • Artwork and Pair Presentation
Check the finished pair together with its label or display card before approving production.

Choose How Your Earrings Are Presented

Use packaging that works with the earring format and your intended collection.

  • Jewelry Boxes
Confirm a box format that holds the finished earrings in their intended position.
  • Fabric Pouches
Pouches provide a compact option, with the earring arrangement agreed during sampling.
  • Gift Packaging
Develop a gift box for an earring pair or for earrings that form part of a coordinated set.
  • Cards and Labels
Coordinate the packaging with your display cards and product labels to keep the presentation consistent.

Custom Pearl Earrings FAQ

Plan your order with answers about quantities, samples, production, and delivery.

The usual minimum is 10–50 pieces, with the exact requirement confirmed for the chosen design before you place an order. Sample orders can be discussed. Tell us the quantities for each style, size and color; mixed options do not automatically share one minimum. The quotation confirms whether the counting unit is individual earrings or pairs.
Sampling usually takes 5–9 days once the design details are agreed. All samples are charged. We confirm the sample fee, review process and any revision scope before work starts. Approve the finished design and pearl selection before bulk production; delivery time is separate from sample preparation. Learn about sample development.
Bulk production follows approval of the sample and final specifications. The usual production range is 15–20 days, depending on order quantity and design complexity. We confirm the schedule for your order, and shipping time is calculated separately. See the production process.
We agree on the packaging and order identification during development, then check the packing and quantities before shipment. Send your destination and required delivery date so the shipping method, cost and documents can be confirmed in the quotation.
Send the product style, estimated quantity and any photo, sketch or reference you have. Pearl size, shape, color, finished dimensions, brand artwork, packaging and destination help us prepare a detailed quotation. You can begin with an idea and work through the remaining choices with our team.
Please state whether you need individual earrings or pairs in your inquiry. Our usual minimum is 10–50 pieces, so the quotation must specify the counting unit and minimum for the chosen design. The approved quantity and packing list will use that same unit.
