Choose Your Necklace Style

Build a necklace collection around the silhouette and arrangement that suit your brand.

  • Single Strand
A continuous row of pearls creates a clear, balanced design for everyday or bridal collections.
  • Layered Design
More than one strand creates a fuller look; agree on the length and spacing of each strand.
  • Pearl Pendant
Focus the design on one pearl or a small pearl arrangement for a simple, distinct centerpiece.
  • Choker Style
Use a close-fitting design with a confirmed finished length, so its position is clear in the sample.

Select the Pearl Look

Use size, shape and color together to define how your necklace will look.

  • 3–12 mm and Above
Smaller pearls create a finer visual rhythm; larger pearls give the strand more presence, subject to availability.
  • Round and Near-Round
These shapes suit necklaces that need a regular outline and coordinated appearance.
  • Oval, Drop and Baroque
Distinct shapes add movement or an uneven outline; review the intended arrangement in your sample.
  • Color Combinations
White, pink, purple and other confirmed pearl colors can be selected or combined to match your design.

Set the Length and Drape

Confirm the finished necklace on a sample so its proportions work with your chosen style.

  • 40–60 cm and Longer
Use the available length range as a starting point; confirm the exact finished length for each design.
  • Layer Spacing
For layered necklaces, agree on separate lengths so each strand sits where your design requires.
  • Stringing and Knotting
Review the stringing or knotting approach with your sample to check the spacing and overall drape.
  • Closure and Finished Fit
Confirm the closure design and how the finished necklace is measured before the specification is approved.

Add Your Necklace Branding

Keep the necklace and its presentation consistent with the name buyers will recognize.

  • Branded Tags
Add a brand tag where it works with the necklace design and approved sample.
  • Product Labels
Use your product name and agreed label information to identify designs within a collection.
  • Logo on Packaging
Provide your logo artwork for packaging that carries the same identity as your necklace range.
  • Artwork Approval
Review logo placement, size and spelling on the agreed design before production.

Choose Necklace Packaging

Select presentation around the necklace length, style and intended use.

  • Jewelry Boxes
A fitted presentation starts with a box format that suits the finished necklace and its arrangement.
  • Fabric Pouches
Pouches offer a compact presentation option for necklaces, with details confirmed for the design.
  • Gift Boxes
A gift box can present a necklace on its own or as part of a coordinated pearl set.
  • Branded Gift Packaging
Agree on the box, label and logo details together so the sample reflects the complete order.

Custom Pearl Necklaces FAQ

Plan your order with answers about quantities, samples, production, and delivery.

The usual minimum is 10–50 pieces, with the exact requirement confirmed for the chosen design before you place an order. Sample orders can be discussed. Tell us the quantities for each style, size and color; mixed options do not automatically share one minimum.
Sampling usually takes 5–9 days once the design details are agreed. All samples are charged. We confirm the sample fee, review process and any revision scope before work starts. Approve the finished design and pearl selection before bulk production; delivery time is separate from sample preparation. Learn about sample development.
Bulk production follows approval of the sample and final specifications. The usual production range is 15–25 days, depending on order quantity and design complexity. We confirm the schedule for your order, and shipping time is calculated separately. See the production process.
We agree on the packaging and order identification during development, then check the packing and quantities before shipment. Send your destination and required delivery date so the shipping method, cost and documents can be confirmed in the quotation.
Send the product style, estimated quantity and any photo, sketch or reference you have. Pearl size, shape, color, finished dimensions, brand artwork, packaging and destination help us prepare a detailed quotation. You can begin with an idea and work through the remaining choices with our team.
The approved sample sets the design, finished length and agreed pearl appearance. Pearls can vary naturally in shape, color and surface detail, so we agree on acceptable matching and variation before bulk production. Baroque pearls need particular attention because their outlines differ.
