Build Your Pearl Jewelry Collection

Start with the product formats that belong in your range, then develop the details for each one.

  • Necklaces
Create a pearl arrangement and finished length around your collection concept.
  • Bracelets
Develop the pearl arrangement and bracelet fit to complement the rest of your range.
  • Earrings and Rings
Use the same design direction while adapting the pearl size and position to each format.
  • Coordinated Sets
Plan matching pieces together so their pearl appearance and packaging work as a complete set.

Choose Pearl Size and Appearance

Define the visual standard with a sample selection that your team can review.

  • 3–12 mm and Above
Use the available sizes to plan finer details or stronger focal points, subject to the design and supply.
  • Luster
Compare the available pearl luster in the sample selection and agree on the desired appearance.
  • Surface Detail
Review visible surface features with the sample so acceptable variation is clear.
  • A Shared Reference
Record the selected size and appearance with the approved design to guide the production order.

Select Pearl Shapes for Each Piece

Different outlines help a collection feel regular, elongated or naturally varied.

  • Round and Near-Round
Use a regular shape for designs that need a balanced, coordinated outline.
  • Oval
An elongated shape can bring a different rhythm to a strand or a focused jewelry detail.
  • Drop
A drop shape emphasizes direction and can be considered for suspended designs.
  • Baroque and Irregular
Natural variation makes the outline less uniform; agree on the desired selection in the sample.

Coordinate Pearl Colors Across a Set

Choose the color direction and matching approach together so the pieces belong to the same range.

  • White Pearls
A white pearl selection gives the collection a shared starting point for its appearance.
  • Pink and Purple Tones
These available tones can define a softer color direction when selected for the design.
  • Mixed-Color Arrangements
Combine approved colors in a planned sequence or arrangement for a more varied look.
  • Matching Across Products
Review necklaces, bracelets and earrings together and agree on acceptable color differences.

Package Individual Pieces or Sets

Plan the presentation around how each jewelry item will be grouped and identified.

  • Individual Jewelry Boxes
Specify a suitable box for each product format and its finished dimensions.
  • Coordinated Gift Boxes
Develop one presentation for an approved combination of jewelry pieces.
  • Pouches and Display Cards
Use confirmed pouch or card options where they suit the product and collection.
  • Brand and Product Labels
Keep logo artwork and style identification consistent across the pieces in your order.

Custom Freshwater Pearl Jewelry FAQ

Plan your order with answers about quantities, samples, production, and delivery.

The usual minimum is 10–50 pieces, with the exact requirement confirmed for the chosen design before you place an order. Sample orders can be discussed. Tell us the quantities for each style, size and color; mixed options do not automatically share one minimum.
Sampling usually takes 5–9 days once the design details are agreed. All samples are charged. We confirm the sample fee, review process and any revision scope before work starts. Approve the finished design and pearl selection before bulk production; delivery time is separate from sample preparation. Learn about sample development.
Bulk production follows approval of the sample and final specifications. The usual production range is 15–25 days, depending on order quantity and design complexity. We confirm the schedule for your order, and shipping time is calculated separately. See the production process.
We agree on the packaging and order identification during development, then check the packing and quantities before shipment. Send your destination and required delivery date so the shipping method, cost and documents can be confirmed in the quotation.
Send the product style, estimated quantity and any photo, sketch or reference you have. Pearl size, shape, color, finished dimensions, brand artwork, packaging and destination help us prepare a detailed quotation. You can begin with an idea and work through the remaining choices with our team.
We can select pearls to the agreed size, shape, color, luster and surface appearance for a coordinated collection. Review representative sample pieces together before approval. Pearls vary naturally, so the specification should state the acceptable matching range instead of requiring every pearl to be identical.
